摘 要:为推动磨料行业碳化硅废料的回收再利用,将碳化硅作为细骨料取代河砂应用于混凝土领域。制备了碳化硅砂取代率为5%、10%、30%、50%、70%、100%的碳化硅砂改性混凝土,研究了碳化硅砂对混凝土力学性能的影响。在此基础上,对碳化硅砂改性混凝土进行了高温试验(200℃、400℃、600℃、800℃),研究了碳化硅砂对混凝土耐高温性能的影响。结果表明:碳化硅砂可以提高混凝土的力学性能。随着碳化硅砂取代率的增大,混凝土的力学性能不断增大。当碳化硅砂取代率大于30%时,混凝土力学性能具有较为显著的提高,其抗压强度、抗折强度和劈裂拉伸强度的增幅均大于10%。碳化硅砂可以提高混凝土的耐高温性能。随着碳化硅砂取代率的增大,混凝土高温后的质量损失率不断减小,高温后的抗压强度、劈裂拉伸强度、抗压强度保持率和劈裂拉伸强度保持率不断增大。温度越大,碳化硅砂对混凝土高温后力学性能的提高效果越明显。In order to promote the recycling of silicon carbide waste in the abrasive industry,silicon carbide is used in the concrete field as a fine aggregate to replace river sand.The silicon carbide sand modified concrete with silicon carbide sand replacement rate of 5%,10%,30%,50%,70%and 100%was prepared,and the effect of silicon carbide sand on the mechanical properties of concrete was studied.On this basis,high temperature test(200℃,400℃,600℃,800℃)was carried out to study the effect of silicon carbide sand on the high temperature resistance of concrete.The results show that silicon carbide sand can improve the mechanical properties of concrete.The mechanical properties of concrete increase with the increase of replacement rate of silicon carbide sand.When the replacement rate of silicon carbide sand is larger than 30%,the mechanical properties of concrete are significantly improved,and the compressive strength,flexural strength and splitting tensile strength increase by more than 10%.Silicon carbide sand can improve the high temperature resistance of concrete.With the increase of replacement rate of silicon carbide sand,the mass loss rate of concrete after high temperature decreases,and the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,compressive strength retention rate and splitting tensile strength retention rate increase.The higher the temperature,the more obvious the improvement effect of silicon carbide sand on the mechanical properties of concrete after high temperature.
