聚合物改性纳米碳酸钙对水泥基材料性能的影响

摘  要:纳米碳酸钙经硅烷偶联剂KH570改性后,再与丙烯酸、羟丁基乙烯基聚醚(VPEG)进行共聚得到改性纳米碳酸钙。FT-IR、TG等测试证明纳米碳酸钙表面成功接枝聚羧酸减水剂,其接枝率约为25%。试验结果表明改性纳米碳酸钙具有良好的分散性,能够促进水泥水化反应,优化水泥基材料内部的微观结构,增强混凝土的力学性能。在改性纳米碳酸钙掺量为0.5%时,与参考样混凝土相比,28 d后掺杂改性纳米碳酸钙的混凝土抗压强度提升4%,抗折强度提升19%。On the base of nano calcium carbonate modified by KH570,the obtained nano calcium carbonate was copolymerized with acrylic acid and hydroxybutyl vinyl ether(VPEG),thus achieving the modified nano calcium carbonate.FT-IR,TG demonstrated that the polycarboxylate superplasticizer was successfully grafted onto the surface of nano calcium carbonate,and the load of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer on nano calcium carbonate surface was approximately 25%by chemical bond.The results showed that the modified nano calcium carbonate with good dispersibility can promote cement hydration and enhance the compactness of cement-based material structure,which can strengthen the mechanical properties of concrete.When the dosage of modified nano calcium carbonate is 0.5%,compared with the sample concrete,the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete doped with modified nano calcium carbonate increased by 4%and 19%,respectively,after curing for 28 days.
