混凝土水化温升抑制剂对不同温度下膨胀砂浆的性能影响探究

摘  要:测试试样在20℃、30℃、40℃的直接法,20℃、40℃、60℃水养环境下的胶砂强度和限制膨胀率以及水化产物组成。测试结果显示,混凝土水化温升抑制剂在不同温度下均有较好的水化调控性能,40℃下温升峰值降低了13.7℃。在20℃、40℃环境下混凝土水化温升抑制剂会影响早期强度,而对后期强度影响较小。而60℃环境下有水化温升抑制剂的试样强度始终大于基准试样。限制膨胀率测试结果表明20℃和40℃环境下水化温升抑制剂对膨胀性能无太大影响,60℃环境下会影响早期膨胀,后期膨胀相差不大。XRD定量分析表明水化温升抑制剂会影响C3S的反应速率和CH、钙矾石的生成速率。The directmethod at 20℃,30℃,40℃,mortar compressive strength and restrained expansion rate at 20℃,40℃and 60℃water curing and the composition analysis of hydration products were measured.The results indicated that the inhibitor had good hydration rate control performance at different temperatures,the temperature rise maximum value at 40℃decreased 13.7℃.At 20℃and 40℃,hydration temperature rise inhibitor could affect the compressive strength at the early stage and have little effect at the long-time stage.At60℃,the compressive strengths of the samples containing hydration temperature rise inhibitor were always larger than the reference sample.Restrained expansion rate showed at 20℃,40℃conditions the hydration temperature rise inhibitor hadsmall effect on expansive performance.While at 60℃,the expansion rates of sample with temperature rise inhibitor were lower than reference sample at the early stage and affected little at the later stage.XRD quantity analysis indicated that inhibitor could affect the C3S reaction rate and the CH and ettringite generating rate.
