聚乙烯醇纤维再生混凝土力学性能及预制构件的应用研究

摘　　要：针对再生骨料导致使混凝土开裂等问题,通过使用PVA纤维强化RAC,来探究不同替换率的再生骨料、不同PVA纤维掺量对RAC的力学性能影响规律。结果表明:RAC属于脆性破坏,PVA纤维RAC属于塑性破坏;随着再生骨料取代率的提高,RAC的强度先小幅提升后加快降低,50%取代率的RAC基本满足混凝土的使用要求;在50%骨料取代率基础上,掺加PVA纤维使RAC抗压强度提升不明显,劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度最高提升15.02%、13.53%,PVA纤维最佳掺量为0.1%;并给出骨料取代率、PVA纤维掺量与力学强度的函数关系。通过工程应用,证明PVA纤维再生混凝土制作的预制空调挂板可以满足正常使用要求,为RAC的工程应用提供参考。In view of the problems such as concrete cracking caused by recycled aggregate,it uses PVA fiber to strengthen RAC,to understand the action mechanism of recycled aggregate content and PVA fiber content on the mechanical strength of RAC.The results show that RAC belongs to brittle failure and PVA fiber RAC belongs to plastic failure.When the proportion of recycled aggregate becomes larger,the strength of RAC increases slightly at first and then decreases rapidly,and the RAC with the replacement rate of 50%basically meets the application requirements of concrete.On this basis,PVA fiber can improve RAC compressive strength very little,and the splitting tensile strength and bending strength can increase by 15.02%and 13.53%respectively,and the optimal content of PVA fiber was0.1%.The functional relationship between aggregate substitution rate,PVA fiber content and mechanical strength is given.By engineering application,it is proved that the prefabricated air conditioning hanging board made of PVA fiber recycled concrete can meet the normal use requirements,provide reference for engineering application of RAC.
