摘 要:在装配式混凝土结构中,预制混凝土钢丝网架夹心墙板是一种集建筑保温、隔热与结构一体化的复合型保温墙板,尤其在北方严寒和寒冷地区已被广泛应用。通过将荷载偏心距、混凝土强度、钢丝直径和夹心板厚度作为研究变量,以物理力学性能和数值试验为手段,进行了偏心荷载作用下该种预制混凝土夹心墙板抗压性能及影响参数分析。研究结果表明:通过采用合理的混凝土和钢筋本构模型可较好地实现墙板力学性能分析;并依据参数扩展分析可知,加大偏心距可使夹心层内钢丝网架应力传递路径变长,内外叶墙板间协同工作能力下降,导致墙板整体的抗压承载力降低;提高夹心层厚度和内外叶墙混凝土强度对墙板抗压承载力提高幅度较大;而夹心层内钢丝直径由5.0 mm减小至3.5 mm时,对墙板的抗压承载力和面外变形影响有限。In the assembled concrete structure,the precast concrete steel wire mesh sandwich wall panel is a kind of composite thermal insulation wall panel which integrates building thermal insulation,thermal insulation and structure.It has been widely used especially in the cold and cold regions of the north.By taking the load eccentricity,concrete strength,steel wire diameter and sandwich plate thickness as the research variables,the compressive performance and influence parameters of the precast concrete sandwich wallboard under eccentric load were analyzed by means of physical and mechanical properties and numerical tests.The results show that the mechanical properties of wall panel can be well analyzed by using reasonable constitutive models of concrete and steel bars.And according to the parameter expansion analysis,it can be seen that increasing the eccentricity can make the stress transfer path of the steel wire mesh frame in the sandwich layer longer,and the cooperative working ability between the interior and exterior wall panels decreases,resulting in a decrease in the overall compressive bearing capacity of the wall panel;Increasing the thickness of the sandwich layer and the concrete strength of the interior and exterior walls has a greater increase in the compressive bearing capacity of the wall panel.When the diameter of the steel wire in the sandwich layer is reduced from 5.0 mm to 3.5 mm,the influence on the compressive bearing capacity and out-of-plane deformation of the wall panel is limited.
