摘  要:研究了一种新型钢-混凝土组合预制底板,通过ABAQUS有限元分析软件对11个钢-混凝土组合预制底板进行数值模拟分析,研究了连接件间距、连接件长度、连接件钢板厚度、上层板厚度和上层板宽度对预制底板受力性能的影响,并对钢-混凝土组合预制底板进行工程适用性分析,结果表明钢-混凝土组合预制底板抗弯刚度大、承载力高、抗裂性能好,可以做到施工免支撑。同时,从数理统计的角度利用Morris法对影响钢-混凝土组合预制底板受力性能的五个因素进行敏感性分析,结果表明上层板厚度和连接件间距对预制底板受力性能影响较大,参数敏感性高。A new type of precast steel-concrete composite panels was studied by using ABAQUS to simulate 11 precast steel-concrete composite panels.The effects of connector spacing,connector length,connector plate thickness,upper plate thickness and upper plate width on the mechanical properties of the composite panels were investigated and their engineering applicability was analyzed.The results showed that the precast steel-concrete composite panels have sufficient flexural rigidity,bearing capacity and crack resistance to be constructed without supports.Based on mathematical statistics,morris method was used to analyze the sensitivity of the five factors affecting the mechanical properties of composite panels.The results showed that the thickness of upper plate and the distance between connectors have great influence on the mechanical properties of the composite panels,and their parameters are highly sensitive.
