摘 要:开发了一种基于吸水树脂和膨胀珍珠岩的吸水垫层,旨在为海绵城市的应用提供一种新型储水材料。该吸水垫层具备出色的吸水性能和一定的力学性能,可实现高效的水资源利用和雨水的有效处理。通过TOPSIS多目标优化,最终得出了一种吸水能力和强度平衡的配合比。试验结果表明,0.25%的吸水树脂和15%的膨胀珍珠岩能够较好实现吸水垫层的制备,其抗折强度约为3.16 MPa,抗压强度约为9.16 MPa,吸水率能够达到33.16%,约为普通净浆的13.8倍。吸水树脂能够较好的调控内部水化速率,膨胀珍珠岩由于自身孔隙的关系能够有效的提高吸水性能。It develops a water-absorbing layer based on super absorbent polymerand expanded perlite,aiming to provide a new type of water storage material for sponge city applications.This water-absorbing layer exhibits excellent water absorption performance and certain mechanical properties,enabling efficient water resource utilization and effective rainwater management.Through TOPSIS multi-objective optimization,a mix ratio balancing water absorption capacity and strength was derived.Experimental results show that a mix with 0.25%SAP and 15%expanded perlite can effectively prepare the water-absorbing layer,with a flexural strength of approximately 3.16 MPa,compressive strength of about 9.16 MPa,and water absorption rate reaching 33.16%,approximately 13.8 times that of ordinary paste.SAP can effectively regulate the internal hydration rate,while expanded perlite,due to its porosity,significantly enhances water absorption performance.
