摘 要:基于正交设计方法,对花岗岩再生骨料混凝土优化配合比试验进行了研究,试验方案设计采用四水平四因素正交设计,考虑花岗岩再生骨料掺量、水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、矿粉掺量4个因素,共有配合比试验方案16组,得到坍落度和抗压强度等指标。试验结果表明:有多种因素对于花岗岩再生混凝土抗压强度具有重要影响,以影响程度由强到弱进行排列,依次为水胶比、花岗岩再生粗骨料掺量、矿粉掺量、粉煤灰掺量。在粉煤灰、矿粉掺量不变,水胶比为0.41,再生粗骨料掺量分别为0、35.5%、75.5%、100%时,抗压强度分别为60.6 MPa、52.7 MPa、47.7 MPa、43.2 MPa,在花岗岩再生骨料掺量为35.5%时,具有最大强度。根据各因素水平变化,对花岗岩再生混凝土抗压强度最优配合比为A2B2C3D4,也就是花岗岩再生粗骨料掺量35.5%、水胶比0.39、粉煤灰掺量20.5%、矿粉掺量10.5%。Based on the orthogonal design method,it studies the optimal mix proportion of granite recycled aggregate concrete,and studies the optimal mix proportion of granite recycled aggregate concrete based on the orthogonal design method,four-level four-factor orthogonal design table was adopted in the design of the test scheme,and four factors including the content of recycled granite aggregate,water-binder ratio,fly ash content and mineral powder content were considered,slump and compressive strength were obtained.The test results show that the influencing factors of compressive strength of recycled granite concrete are water-binder ratio,coarse aggregate content,mineral powder content and fly ash content.The compressive strength is 60.62 MPa,52.72 MPa,47.72 MPa and43.2 MPa when the content of fly ash and mineral powder is constant,the water-binder ratio is 0.41,and the content of recycled coarse aggregate is 0,35.5%,75.5%and 100%,respectively.The maximum strength is obtained when the content of recycled aggregate is 35.5%.According to the level change of each factor,the optimum mix proportion of A2B2C3D4 to the compressive strength of the granite recycled concrete,that is,35.5%of granite recycled coarse aggregate,0.39 water-binder ratio,20.5%of fly ash,10.5%of mineral powder.
