摘 要:系统地研究了钢渣粉作为水化减热材料的利用,并尝试用其制备大体积混凝土。研究了大掺量钢渣粉对大体积混凝土工作性、减热效果、强度和耐久性的影响,并与大掺量粉煤灰进行了比较。为了平衡钢渣粉对混凝土强度和耐久性的不利影响,复掺了少量矿渣粉以补偿。结果表明:钢渣粉显著改善了净浆的初始流动度。相比于粉煤灰,钢渣粉具有更为卓越的减热效果,其显著降低了混凝土的绝热温升。使用矿渣粉和钢渣粉复掺,水泥∶矿渣粉∶钢渣粉=55∶5∶40时,可以制备出水化放热低,而且满足强度和耐久性要求的混凝土。利用钢渣粉作为减热材料制备大体积混凝土,是一种具有发展潜力和附加价值的钢渣粉利用方法,有利于可持续发展。It systematically explores the utilization of steel slag powder as a hydration heat-reducing agent in the preparation of large-volume concrete.The impact of incorporating high volumes of steel slag powder on the workability,heat reduction efficacy,compressive strength and durability of the concrete is investigated and contrasted with the effects of high-volume fly ash addition.To mitigate any detrimental effects of steel slag powder on the strength and durability of the concrete,a minor amount of blast furnace slag is introduced as a compensatory measure.The findings indicate that steel slag powder significantly enhances the initial fluidity of the cement paste.Moreover,steel slag powder exhibits a superior heat reduction effect compared to fly ash,leading to a marked decrease in the adiabatic temperature rise of the concrete.By blending cementitious materials at a ratio of cement∶blast furnace slag∶steel slag powder=55∶5∶40,concrete with reduced hydration heat can be produced while still satisfying the strength and durability requirements.Utilizing steel slag powder as a heat-reducing material in the production of large-volume concrete represents an innovative and value-added application of steel slag powder,promoting sustainable development practices.
