摘 要:低压断路器的寿命预测有利于保障电力系统的安全稳定运行。当前低压断路器寿命预测方法依赖于触头质量、振动等数据的测量和分析,而数据的获取成本过高且处理过程复杂。为此,提出一种基于燃弧能量估计的低压断路器寿命预测方法。首先,采集时间信号和电信号,计算单次燃弧时间和单次燃弧能量映射数据集,并分析两者的相关性;其次,建立拟合函数估计累计燃弧能量,构建剩余电寿命预测模型;最后,利用某塑壳断路器(MCCB)寿命试验数据进行验证。结果表明,所提模型可取得较为理想的寿命预测准确度,为低压断路器的寿命预测提供理论与实践依据。Predicting the remaining life of low voltage circuit breakers is crucial for ensuring the safety and stability of power systems.The current life prediction methods rely on the measurement and analysis of data such as contact mass and vibrations,which involve high costs and complex processing.In response to this,a life prediction method for low voltage circuit breakers based on arc energy estimation is proposed.Initially,the time and electrical signals are collected to compute a dataset of single arc duration and single arc energy,and their correlation is analyzed.Subsequently,a fitting function is established to estimate the accumulated arc energy,which is used to construct a remaining electrical life prediction model.Finally,the validation using the life test data from a specific molded case circuit breaker(MCCB)demonstrates that the model achieves a satisfactory level of prediction accuracy.The proposed method provides the theoretical and practical foundations for the life prediction of low voltage circuit breakers.
