摘  要:气体绝缘开关柜要求绝对密封,因此合理设计气体绝缘开关柜内部的电器元件,使电场分布更加均匀,达到更加可靠的绝缘性能,保证气体绝缘开关柜在配电系统中安全运行。以环保气体绝缘开关柜的绝缘支架为研究对象,基于Ansys软件建立环保气体绝缘开关柜三维电场有限元计算模型,对环保柜绝缘支架结构优化前后电场分布进行有限元分析,为实际产品的设计和开发提供参考。Gas insulated switchgear requires absolute sealing.The electrical components in gas switchgear is reasonably designed to make the electric field distribution more uniform,achieve the more reliable insulation performance,and ensure the safe operation of high voltage switchgear in power distribution system.Taking the insulating support of environment-friendly gas switchgear as the research object,a three-dimensional finite element calculation model of electric field of high-voltage switchgear is established based on Ansys software.The distribution of electric field before and after the structural optimization of insulating support of environment-friendly switchgear is analyzed by the finite element method,which provides the reference for the design and development of actual products.
