不同磷水平对花榈木幼苗生长和光合特性的影响

摘  要:为了探究不同磷水平对花榈木幼苗生长和光合特性的影响,以期为花榈木科学施肥提供一定的理论依据,本文以2年生花榈木幼苗为材料,在改良的Hoagland营养液基础上设置5个磷水平处理(0、0.50、1.00、2.00、4.00 mmol·L^(-1),其中无磷处理为对照组),探究不同磷水平下花榈木幼苗株高、地径、生物量、光合参数以及叶绿素含量的差异。结果表明:(1)0.50、1.00 mmol·L^(-1)磷水平处理下的花榈木幼苗株高和地径较大。(2)花榈木幼苗的地上部分和根系的鲜质量和干质量均随着磷水平升高呈现先增大后减小的趋势,在1.00 mmol·L^(-1)磷水平处理下达到最大值,且0.50 mmol·L^(-1)磷水平处理下幼苗的干质量和鲜质量均比4.00 mmol·L^(-1)磷水平处理的大,但幼苗根冠比在2.00、4.00 mmol·L^(-1)高磷处理时比较大。(3)1.00 mmol·L^(-1)磷水平处理下的幼苗净光合速率最大,0.50 mmol·L^(-1)磷水平处理下的幼苗胞间CO_(2)浓度和气孔导度最大,2.00、4.00 mmol·L^(-1)磷水平处理下的幼苗蒸腾速率最大。(4)施磷可以适当提高幼苗的叶绿素b和叶绿素a+b含量,不能增加叶绿素a含量,但是叶绿素含量并没有随着磷水平的提高而增加。综上所述,1.00 mmol·L^(-1)磷水平处理的幼苗株高、地径、生物量、净光合速率和叶绿素含量均表现较好,因此,1.00 mmol·L^(-1)为最适合花榈木幼苗生长的磷水平;0.50 mmol·L^(-1)磷水平处理的幼苗株高、地径、生物量均大于4.00 mmol·L^(-1)处理,说明4.00 mmol·L^(-1)高磷水平处理对花榈木幼苗的抑制作用比0.50 mmol·L^(-1)低磷水平还强。In order to study the effects of different phosphorus levels on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of Ormosia henryi seedlings and provide a theoretical basis for scientific fertilization of O.henryi,two-year-old O.henryi seedlings were treated with five phosphorus levels(0,0.50,1.00,2.00,4.00 mmol·L^(-1),with no phosphorus treatment as the control group)based on the improved Hoagland nutrient solution to know about the difference of plant height,ground diameter,biomass,photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll content of O.henryi seedlings under different phosphorus levels.The results showed that:(1)The plant height and ground diameter of O.henryi seedlings were better under the treatment of 0.50 and 1.00 mmol·L^(-1)phosphorus levels.(2)The fresh mass and dry mass of shoot and root of O.henryi seedlings increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of phosphorus level,and reached the maximum value at 1.00 mmol·L^(-1)phosphorus level.The dry mass and fresh mass of seedlings at 0.50 mmol·L^(-1)phosphorus level were higher than those at 4.00 mmol·L^(-1)phosphorus level.However,the root-shoot ratio of seedlings was larger at high phosphorus treatments of 2.00 and 4.00 mmol·L^(-1)level.(3)The net photosynthetic rate of seedlings under 1.00 mmol·L^(-1)phosphorus treatment,the intercellular CO_(2)and stomatal conductance of seedlings under 0.50 mmol·L^(-1)phosphorus treatment and the transpiration rate of seedlings under 2.00 and 4.00 mmol·L^(-1)phosphorus treatment were the highest.(4)The contents of chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a+b could be promoted by applying phosphorus but not the content of chlorophyll a.However,chlorophyll content couldn′t be promoted with the increase of phosphorus levels.In conclusion,seedlings treated with 1.00 mmol·L^(-1)phosphorus level showed the better seedling height,ground diameter,biomass,net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content,which was the most suitable phosphorus level for the growth of O.henryi seedlings.The seedling height,ground diameter a
