零缺陷抽样方案的操作特性分析

摘　　要：零缺陷抽样方案在质量验收检验中得到了广泛应用。通过零缺陷抽样方案(C=0方案)与GB/T 2828.1—2012方案的对比,从方案样本量、AQL处接收率、生产方风险质量(PRQ)、使用方风险质量(CRQ)、方案分辨率(OR)、平均检出质量限(AOQL)等几个方面对其操作特性进行了分析对比,并找出其各自方案的优缺点,供交接双方在制定抽样检验方案时参考。Zero-defect sampling scheme has been widely used in quality acceptance inspection.Through the comparison between the zero-defect sampling scheme and GB/T 2828.1—2012 scheme,the operation characteristics were analyzed and compared from several aspects such as sample size of scheme,acceptance rate at AQL,risk quality of manufacturer(PRQ),risk quality of user(CRQ),resolution of scheme(OR)and average quality limit of detection(AOQL).The advantages and disadvantages of the scheme were found out for the reference of the handover parties in formulating the sampling inspection scheme.
