摘　　要：分析了国内外含油污泥处理处置相关标准,探讨了国际上含油污泥处理处置的管理策略,包括处理后石油烃和含水率的限制标准,比较了各国标准中的不同点。通过分析比较我国国家标准、行业标准和地方标准在检测项目和限值设定等方面的差异,提出了完善含油污泥管理和处理处置体系的建议,从而更好地引导和规范我国含油污泥的减量化、资源化和无害化处理过程。This paper analyzed the relevant standards of oily sludge treatment and disposal at home and abroad,discussed the management strategy of oily sludge treatment and disposal in the world,including the restriction standards of petroleum hydrocarbon and water content after treatment,and compared the differences in national standards.By analyzing and comparing the differences of national standards,industry standards and local standards in testing items and limit setting,the paper puts forward suggestions to improve the management and treatment system of oily sludge,so as to better guide and standardize the process of reduction,resource and harmless treatment of oily sludge.
