摘  要:输差是管输企业重要的经济指标之一,针对传统输差统计法因管存计算不准确导致输差统计量有误差的问题,利用成品油管道批次顺序输送,油品界面分明,进出管道的每一个批次的油品均由流量计准确计量的特点,将输差统计方法优化为批次输差法。该方法不需要计算管存就可以准确统计成品油管道输差,同时可以计算准确的管存数据,采用批次输差法便于开发自动化的输差统计系统,可以提高输差统计准确度和效率,节省人力成本,建议在成品油管道全面推广应用。Transport difference is one of the important economic indicators of pipeline transportation enterprises.Aiming at the problem that the traditional transport difference statistics method has errors due to the inaccurate calculation of pipe storage,the batches of refined oil pipeline are transported in sequence,the oil interface is clear,and each batch of oil entering and leaving the pipeline is accurately measured by the flowmeter.The statistical method of transport difference is optimized to batch transport difference method.This method can accurately calculate the pipeline transport difference of refined oil without calculating pipe storage,and at the same time can calculate accurate pipe storage data.It is easy to develop the automatic statistical system of the transmission difference by using the batch transmission difference method,which can improve the accuracy and efficiency of the transmission difference statistics,save labor cost,and can be widely applied in the product pipeline.
