摘 要:以产量或泵效等单一指标评价抽油机井运行状态的常规方法无法完整表现抽油机井的综合运行状态。建立了泵效、流压、冲程利用率、载荷利用率等指标的评价集,利用映射关系建立云模型,由G2赋权法和熵权法得出主客观权重,并采用线性组合博弈方法对权重融合,借助该组合权重与云模型方法得出抽油机井的实际运行状态等级。指标集{泵效,流压,冲程利用率,冲次利用率,载荷利用率,扭矩利用率,功率利用率,电流比}的组合权重分别为0.1511、0.1294、0.1081、0.1317、0.1501、0.1603、0.1137、0.0557;综合云参数为(0.600,0.060,0.010)和(0.465,0.027,0.022)的A、B两抽油机井分别属于“较好”“中等”水平。结果表明,该模型能够实现多属性多参数的抽油机井指标集的综合评价,对抽油机井节能、调优具有指导意义。The conventional method to evaluate the operation status of a pumping well by a single index such as output or pump efficiency is one-sided and cannot fully represent the comprehensive operation status of a pumping well.The evaluation set of pump efficiency,flow pressure,stroke utilization,load utilization and other indicators was established,and the cloud model was established by the mapping relationship.The subjective and objective weights were obtained by the G2 weighting method and entropy weight method,and the linear combination game method was used to integrate the weights,and the actual operation status of the pumping well was obtained by the combination weight and the cloud model method.The combination weights of the index set(pump efficiency,flow pressure,stroke utilization,utilization of jig frequency,load utilization,torque utilization,power utilization,current ratio)are 0.1511,0.1294,0.1081,0.1317,0.1501,0.1603,0.1137,0.0557,respectively.The combined cloud parameters of the two pumping wells A and B with(0.600,0.060,0.010)and(0.465,0.027,0.022)belong to the"good"and"medium"levels respectively.The results show that the model can realize the comprehensive evaluation of the index set of multi-attribute and multi-parameter pumping wells,and has guiding significance for energy saving and optimization of pumping wells.
