摘 要:针对石油石化企业生产或施工建设过程中涉及到的各类安全风险场景监控盲区大、监督管理难、安全监管弱、外包人员难管理的问题,通过现场布置摄像头(固定式、移动式)、智能安全帽、执法记录仪等,实现施工作业现场视频监控全面覆盖,实时监测。以AI视觉识别算法为核心,智能识别常见违章行为,及时预警,建立了现场作业风险智能识别系统,在海上船舶现场作业场景中进行了应用。结果表明,该系统能够对船舶作业过程中的视频内容进行深度分析和智能识别,提升了现场安全管理手段,有效推动了石油石化企业安全管理转型升级,促进了行业健康发展。Aiming at the problems of large monitoring blind areas,difficult supervision and management,weak safety supervision and difficult management of outsourcing personnel in various safety risk scenarios involved in the production or construction process of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises,through the deployment of cameras(fixed,mobile),smart helmets,law enforcement recorders,etc.,the construction site video surveillance was fully covered and real-time monitoring was realized.With AI visual recognition algorithm as the core,intelligent identification of common violations and timely warning were conducted to establish an intelligent identification system for on-site operation risks,which has been applied in the scene of on-site operation of offshore ships.The results show that the system can conduct in-depth analysis and intelligent identification of the video content in the process of ship operation,which has improved the on-site safety management means,effectively pushed forward the transformation and upgrading of the safety management of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises,and finally promoted the healthy development of the industry.
