摘  要:位于山区的集输气管道存在外部因素导致的挤压变形和焊接等缺陷,非接触式磁应力检测方法基于金属磁记忆效应原理,可以在不开挖条件下获得管道缺陷、损伤等情况。采用该方法对埋地钢制管道进行检测不会影响管道正常生产,也不会伤害管道。通过现场检测及开挖验证,表明管道磁应力检测方法可行,检测结果准确。管道磁应力检测技术在现场的成功应用,为埋地管道不开挖无损检测提供了新的方法,值得推广应用。The gas collection and transmission pipelines located in mountainous areas have defects such as extrusion deformation and welding caused by external factors.The non-contact magnetic stress detection method is based on the principle of metal magnetic memory effect,which can obtain the defect and damage of pipeline without excavation.Using this method to detect the buried steel pipeline will not affect the normal production of the pipeline,nor will it hurt the pipeline.Through the field test and excavation verification,it is shown that the method of magnetic stress detection is feasible and the detection result is accurate.The successful application of pipeline magnetic stress detection technology in the field provides a new method for non-excavation non-destructive testing of buried pipeline,it is worth popularizing and applying.
