摘  要:连续循环阀是避免井下事故的关键设备,其内部流场作用下主阀板的顺利开闭,是形成连续循环的关键。因此,通过建立连续循环阀内部流场有限元分析模型,探究正-侧循环时阀内部的流场特性,并开展主阀的结构优化。仿真结果表明,主阀板密封锥面背侧倾斜角为160°时,最利于主阀板的开启及稳定;初始后仰角为0.7°,是侧循环流体对主阀板的最佳关闭角度;当主阀板安装在侧阀对侧时,最利于主阀板关闭。最后对改进的主阀板进行关闭功能性室内测试,实验结果表明,改进后的主阀板可在0.12 MPa液体压差下顺利关闭,提高了连续循环阀的工况适用性。The continuous circulation valve is the key equipment to avoid underground accidents.The smooth opening and closing of the main valve plate under the action of the internal flow field is the key to form a continuous circulation.Therefore,by establishing the finite element analysis model of the flow field inside the continuous circulation valve,the characteristics of the flow field inside the valve during the forward-side circulation were explored,and the structure optimization of the main valve was carried out.The simulation results show that when the back angle of the main valve plate sealing cone is 160°,the opening and stability of the main valve plate are best.The initial rear elevation angle is 0.7°,which is the best closing angle of the side circulation fluid to the main valve plate.When the main valve plate is mounted on the opposite side of the side valve,the main valve plate is most conducive to closing.Finally,the closed function of the improved main valve plate was tested in the laboratory.The experimental results show that the improved main valve plate can be closed smoothly under 0.12 MPa liquid pressure difference,which improves the working condition applicability of the continuous circulation valve.
