摘 要:微生物群落对植物生长发育具有重要影响,然而不同微生物主控群落对植物根系结构和土壤微生物群落多样性的影响差异尚未充分探究。本实验探究4种不同微生物主控群落对高羊茅生长、根系结构和根际土壤微生物多样性的影响,并筛选出促进高羊茅生长的优良菌株。通过盆栽试验研究了枯草芽孢杆菌(K)、解淀粉芽孢杆菌(JD)、黑曲霉菌(H)、哈茨木霉菌(HC)对高羊茅长势、根系构型与解剖结构、土壤微生物群落结构的影响。结果表明:在微生物-高羊茅互作体系中,哈茨木霉菌与枯草芽孢杆菌不仅有效促进了高羊茅长势,还显著增强了其根系对水分和养分的吸收与传输能力。此外,不同微生物群落组成有较大差异,主要优势菌群有利改善贫瘠土壤微生态环境。综合分析,枯草芽孢杆菌和哈茨木霉菌对高羊茅促进作用强,为高羊茅在生产与生态建设中的应用和理解微生物与植物互作关系提供参考。Microbial communities have important effects on plant growth and development,however,the effects of different microbial dominant communities on root structure and soil microbial community diversity have not been fully investigated.Our experiment explores the effects of four different microbial dominant communities on the growth of Festuca arundinacea,root system structure,rhizosphere soil microbial diversity and screens for excellent strains that promote the growth of Festuca arundinacea.A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of Bacillus subtilis(K),Bacillus amyloliquefaciens(JD),Aspergillus niger(H),and Trichoderma harzianum(HC)on the growth of Festuca arundinacea,root system configuration and anatomy,soil microbial community structure.The results showed that under microbial-Festuca arundinacea interactions system,Trichoderma harzianum and Bacillus subtilis not only effectively promoted the growth of Festuca arundinacea but also significantly enhanced its roots ability to absorb and transport water and nutrients.In addition,the compositions of different microbial communities vary significantly,with the main dominant bacterial groups being beneficial for improving the microecological environment of poor soils.In the comprehensive analysis,bacillus subtilis and trichoderma harzianum had a strong promotion effect on Festuca arundinacea,which provides a reference for the application of Festuca arundinacea in production and ecological construction and the understanding of microbial-plant interactions.
