转红光助剂及其添加量对棚膜性能和甜椒生长的影响

摘  要:本实验室前期研究表明,覆盖添加绿转红光助剂的棚膜有利于甜椒的生长。因此,本试验以甜椒‘凯特琳’为试材,以不添加转光助剂棚膜为对照(CK),研究了分别加入绿转红光助剂GTR-Ⅱ和GTR-Ⅲ及其不同添加量1.25‰、1.5‰、1.75‰对棚膜性能、温室内光环境和甜椒生长的影响。结果表明,加入绿转红光助剂提高了棚膜对水滴的吸附能力和棚膜的热稳定性,其中,添加1.25‰GTR-Ⅱ棚膜的热稳定性最好。此外,转光棚膜下红光和远红光透射比率较CK显著提高,且其透射比率与转光剂添加浓度成正比,绿光透射比率和棚膜总透光率则明显降低,其中添加GTR-Ⅱ棚膜下透光率显著高于GTR-Ⅲ。转光棚膜覆盖下甜椒叶片的光合性能和植株长势较CK均有所提高,其中,添加GTR-Ⅱ的棚膜下光环境及甜椒植株的光合性能、株高、节间长度、叶宽和产量均明显优于添加GTR-Ⅲ的棚膜。添加1.75‰GTR-Ⅱ棚膜下红光透射比率较CK提高12.88%,添加1.5‰GTR-Ⅱ棚膜覆盖下甜椒植株的净光合速率、株高和产量较CK分别提高19.10%、6.34%和15.42%。综上所述,本试验条件下,添加1.5‰GTR-Ⅱ棚膜有利于改善棚膜性能,改善温室内光环境,促进甜椒生长,进而增加产量。Previous studies in our laboratory showed that adding green to red light conversion additives to the greenhouse film was beneficial to the growth of sweet pepper.In this experiment,sweet pepper'Caitlin'was used as the test material,a non-light-converting additive film was used as the control(CK),the study investigated the effects of adding green to red light conversion additives GTR-Ⅱ and GTR-Ⅲ and their different addition amounts of 1.25‰,1.5‰and 1.75‰on the performance of greenhouse films,the light environment under the greenhouse,and the growth of sweet pepper,respectively.The results showed that the addition of green to red light conversion additives improved the adsorption capacity to water droplets and the thermal stability of the greenhouse films,among which,the addition of 1.25‰GTR-Ⅱ greenhouse film had the highest level of thermal stability.In addition,the transmittance of red and far-red light under the film was significantly higher than that of CK,and the transmittance was proportional to the concentration of the conversion agent,while the transmittance of green light and total transmittance were significantly lower,and the transmittance greenhouse film added by GTR-Ⅱwas significantly higher than that of GTR-Ⅲ.The photosynthetic performance and plant growth of sweet pepper leaves under the light conversion greenhouse film were enhanced compared with CK,in which the light environment and the photosynthetic performance,plant height,internode length,leaf width and yield of sweet pepper under the greenhouse films with the addition of GTR-Ⅱ were significantly improved than those under the greenhouse films with the addition of GTR-Ⅲ.The red light transmittance ratio was increased by 12.88% compared with that of CK under film with 1.75‰GTR-Ⅱ,and the net photosynthetic rate,plant height and yield of sweet pepper under the film with 1.5‰GTR-Ⅱ were increased by 19.10%,6.34% and 15.42%compared with that of CK,respectively.In summary,under this experimental condition,covering the gree
