摘　　要：农产品流通中降低农业生产成本是提升生产效率的关键,而农产品流通市场长期存在的分割现象影响到农产品生产效率。基于冰山理论测算了城乡市场分割指数,并采用随机前沿参数法计算了农产品的生产效率水平,依据2000—2023年27个省级面板数据,构建了计量分析模型,量化分析农产品流通市场分割与农产品生产效率之间的关系。研究发现:农产品流通市场的分割使得农产品生产效率下滑,两者呈现U型关系,这说明存在一个最优生产效率值,可以规避市场分割效应的负面影响。进一步构建了双重门槛模型对此进行断点回归,证明存在一个中等生产效率区间,可以最大程度避免市场分割的负面影响。农业生产的低效率问题,核心实质在于有效供给不足,进而导致供给无法匹配有效需求。因此需要解决市场割裂问题,强化优质资本投入并保障生产效率适度,进而提升农产品流通市场作用。Reducing agricultural production cost is the key to improving production efficiency in the agricultural product circulation.However,the long-existing segmentation in the agricultural product circulation market haves an influence on the agricultural production efficiency.Based on the Iceberg Theory,the urban-rural market segmentation index was measured and the stochastic frontier parameter method was used to calculate the agricultural production efficiency level.According to the panel data of 27 provinces from 2000 to 2023,an econometric model was constructed to quantitatively analyze the relationship between the the market segmentation and the productivity.It was found from the research that the market segmentation leads to a decline in the production efficiency with a U-shaped relationship,which indicates that there is an optimal production efficiency value where the negative impact of the market segmentation effect can be avoided.Further,a double-threshold model was constructed for breakpoint regression,which proves that there is an intermediate production efficiency interval where the negative impact of market segmentation can be avoided to the maximum extent.As for the low-efficiency problem in agricultural production,the core essence lies in the lack of effective supply which,in turn,leads to the inability of supply to match effective demand.Therefore,it is necessary to solve the market segmentation problem,strengthen the high-quality capital input,ensure a moderate production efficiency and then enhance the role of the agricultural circulation market.
