摘 要:以5 a生薄壳山核桃为研究对象,探讨套种红桤木、红叶石楠、金叶女贞后对林地土壤养分含量和酶活性的影响,调查分析不同时期土壤水解氮、有效磷、速效钾、有机质含量和土壤磷酸酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶活性。结果表明:套种红桤木、红叶石楠、金叶女贞后土壤养分含量和酶活性均存在显著差异,在年周期内表现出不同的变化曲线,对土壤水解氮、有效磷、有效钾和有机质的影响。套种红桤木分别表现为波浪形、“V”形、“V”形、波浪形曲线,套种红叶石楠均表现出“V”形曲线,套种金叶女贞分别表现为“N”形、“N”形、“V”形、“N”形曲线;套种红桤木、红叶石楠、金叶女贞对土壤磷酸酶、脲酶、过氧化氢酶活性影响分别表现为“V”形、波浪形曲线、“V”形曲线,酶活性均在5月或7月最低,在9月或11月最高。综合可知,套种红桤木和金叶女贞后土壤水解氮、有效磷、速效钾和有机质含量,土壤磷酸酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶活性均有不同程度提高。With 5 years Carya illinoensis orchard as the research object,exploring the influence of woodland soil nutrient content and enzyme activity on interplanting Alnus rubra,Photinia×fraseri,Ligustrum×vicaryi,investigation and analysis of different months of soil hydrolysis of nitrogen,effective phosphorus,potassium,organic matter content and soil phosphatase,urease,sucrase,catalase activity.The results showed that the soil nutrient content and enzyme activity were significant difference among Alnus rubra,Photinia×fraseri,Ligustrum×vicaryi,showed different change curves over the annual cycle.Effect on soil hydrolysis of nitrogen,effective phosphorus,effective potassium and organic matter,which were respectively showed wavy,“V”,“V”,wavy curves by Alnus rubra,“V”curve by Photinia×fraseri,“N”“N”,“V”,“N”curve by Ligustrum×vicaryi.The effects on soil phosphatase,urease and catalase activities were respectively shown“V”shape by Alnus rubra,wavy curve by Photinia×fraseri and“V”shape curve by Ligustrum×vicaryi.Enzyme activity were all lowest in May or July,High levels in September or November.Comprehensive know,that the soil hydrolyzed nitrogen,effective phosphorus,effective potassium and organic matter content,and the soil phosphatase,sucrase and catalase activity increased after interplanting Alnus rubra and Ligustrum×vicaryi.
