摘  要:管氏肿腿蜂是多种农林业蛀干害虫的生物天敌,对中小型天牛的防治效果明显。现阶段规模化生产管氏肿腿蜂成本较高,长时间储藏较为困难,因此繁育及储存的成本优化尤为重要。本试验对9种不同储存时长与储存温度条件下玻璃指形管与塑料指形管储存管氏肿腿蜂的成活情况进行数据观测和分析,以期在保证存活率的同时降低生产成本。结果表明,在9种试验条件下两种不同材质指形管储存的管氏肿腿蜂的存活率有差异但差异不显著。综合多种因素为节约生产成本建议实际生产中多用塑料管。Scleroderma guani is a natural enemy of many agricultural and forestry wood-boring pests,and has obvious control effects on medium and small longicorn beetles.At this stage,the cost of large-scale production of S.guani is relatively high,and it is difficult to store for a long time,so the cost optimization of breeding and storage is particularly important.This experiment observed and analyzed the survival of S.guani in glass finger tubes and plastic finger tubes under 9 different storage time and temperature conditions,in order to reduce the production cost while ensuring the survival rate.The experimental results showed that there were different in the survival rates of finger-shaped tubes of two different materials under 9 test conditions,but the differences are not significant.Based on various factors,it is recommended to use more plastic pipes in actual production to save production costs.
