摘　　要：播音员主持人是文化的传播者、新闻事件的见证者、社会舆论的引导者。人工智能技术的迅猛发展给传统媒体的播音员主持人带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。从人工合成语音软件到虚拟主播,从影视广告配音到数字人,到处都有人工智能的身影。播音员主持人只有在这场技术革命中转变观念、紧跟时代,加强党的创新理论的学习、打造个性化的主持风格、深入群众“接地气”、不断学习新技能,才能提升自我革新的能力,从而不被时代抛弃,不被人工智能取代。Announcers and hosts serve as cultural communicators,witnesses to news events,and guides of social public opinion.The rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to traditional media announcers and hosts.From text-to-speech software to virtual anchors,from voiceovers for film and television advertisements to digital humans,AI is ubiquitous.In the face of this technological revolution,announcers and hosts must shift their mindset,keep pace with the times,strengthen their study of the Party's innovative theories,cultivate personalized hosting styles,connect with the public at the grassroots level,and continuously acquire new skills.Only by enhancing their capacity for self-renewal can they avoid being left behind by the times or replaced by artificial intelligence.
