摘 要:编辑选题策划能力是出版单位核心竞争力的体现。编辑的选题策划能力包括在已有选题资源中发现优质选题并提升选题内容质量的能力和独立策划并实现选题的能力。选题策划实现与否,取决于选题时机、专业水准和资源优势。编辑可以通过拓展知识结构、深耕特定专业和提高社交能力等路径来提升编辑的选题策划能力。The ability of editors to select and plan topics is an important indicator of the core competitiveness of a publishing unit.An editor's ability to select and plan topics includes the ability to identify high-quality topics from existing topic resources and improve the content quality of the topics,as well as the ability to independently plan and implement topics.The realization of topic planning depends on the timing of the topic,professional level,and resource advantages.Editors can improve their ability to select and plan topics by expanding their knowledge structure,deepening their expertise in specific fields,and improving their social skills.
