摘  要:肺纤维化(pulmonary fibrosis,PF)一种间质性肺疾病的末期表现,其病因尚不完全明确。PF涉及复杂的病理过程,包括炎症反应、氧化应激、内质网应激、细胞衰老、上皮-间充质转化等,目前尚无有效治疗方法,患者确诊后生存期短,死亡率高,严重威胁着人类健康。大量研究表明,Wnt/β-catenin信号通路与TGF-β1/Smad信号通路在PF的发生、发展中均发挥重要了作用。本文就Wnt/β-catenin信号通路与TGF-β1/Smad信号通路在PF中的调控作用,以及二者之间的潜在相互作用和串扰作简要综述,以期为PF的临床防治提供理论支撑。Pulmonary fibrosis(PF)is a late manifestation of interstitial lung disease,and its etiology is not completely clear.PF involves complex pathological processes,including inflammation,oxidative stress,endoplasmic reticulum stress,cell senescence,epithelial-mesenchymal transition,etc.At present,there is no effective treatment for PF.Patients with PF have a short survival time after diagnosis and a high mortality rate,which seriously threatens human health.A large number of studies have shown that Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway play an important role in the development of pulmonary fibrosis.This article briefly reviews the regulatory role of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway in PF,as well as the potential interaction and crosstalk between them,in order to provide theoretical support for the clinical prevention and treatment of PF.
