摘  要:机械搅拌浸出槽作为矿石处理设备的一种创新形式,有效解决了传统气力搅拌浸出槽中存在的浸出效率低、能耗高、操作复杂等关键问题。本研究详细介绍了机械搅拌浸出槽在矿山中的设计和应用,重点分析了其在提高浸出效率、降低能耗及增强运行稳定性方面的优势。基于矿浆浓度高、密度大的特点,本研究对叶轮速度、直径和轴功率等设计参数进行了优化调整。通过2021年9月以来的实际应用数据表明,机械搅拌浸出槽在矿浆混合均匀性、设备耐用性以及浸出效果方面表现优异,且设备运行稳定,没有出现沉槽或载金碳过度磨损的现象。该系统的应用显著提高了生产效率和经济效益,表明机械搅拌浸出槽作为传统系统的替代方案具有可行性,且符合矿山行业可持续、高效发展的目标。As an innovative form of ore treatment equipment mechanical stirring and immersion groove effectively solves key problems such as low immersion efficiency,high energy consumption,and complicated operation in the traditional force mixing and immersion slot.In this study,the authors detailed the design and application of mechanical mixing and immersion tank in the mine,and focused on the advantages of its aspects of improving the efficiency of immersion,reducing energy consumption,and enhancing operating stability.Based on the characteristics of high and large density,it has been optimized and adjusted that the design parameters such as the speed,diameter and axis power of the impeller.According to the actual application data from September 2021,it showed that the mechanical mixing and immersion slot performed well in mixing uniformity,equipment durability,and immersion effects,and the equipment operation is stable,and there is no phenomenon of sink or gold carbon over wear.The application of this system has significantly improved production efficiency and economic efficiency,indicating that the alternative of mechanical mixing and immersion grooves as a traditional system is feasible and meets the goal of sustainable and efficient development in the mining industry.
