摘　　要：在乡村振兴背景下,农文旅融合运作方式是值得深入讨论的课题。全球重要农业文化遗产和旅游融合是甘肃迭部扎尕那经济社会发展的重要路径。家庭和合作社的结合是当地农文旅产业融合振兴的组织基础。该组织模式不仅使当地村民能够与外来主体沟通和协商,也可以实现乡村社区利益共享和维护社会公正的目标。扎尕那的社会组织不再是村落传统结构的反映,而是一种适应现代社会的乡村组织。村落组织和农文旅产业共生共变实践能消除将民族地区村落组织视为静态事物的误识,从而准确理解当代民族地区的乡村社会变迁,有效推进民族地区乡村全面振兴。The context of rural revitalization, the operation mode of agricultural, cultural and tourism integration is a topic worthy of in-depth discussion. The integration of GIAHS and tourism is an important path for the economic and social development of Zhagana village, Diebu county, Gansu province. The combination of families and cooperatives is the organizational basis for the integration and revitalization of the local agriculture, culture and tourism industry. This organizational model not only enables local villagers to communicate and negotiate with foreign subjects, but also achieves the goals of sharing benefits and maintaining social justice in rural communities. The social organization of Zhagana village is no longer a reflection of the traditional structure of the village, but a kind of village organization adapted to modern society. The practice of symbiosis and coevolution of village organization and agriculture, culture and tourism industry can eliminate the misunderstanding that village organization in ethnic areas is regarded as a static thing, so as to accurately understand the rural social changes in contemporary ethnic areas and effectively promote the comprehensive revitalization of the villages in ethnic areas.
