摘　　要：教育实践活动在丰富的教育观念世界中展开。教育观念是人们对教育实践活动认识的结果,是人们所持有的关于教育各要素及其关系的信念、主张或行动纲领。教育强国建设明确提出了破除一切制约教育高质量发展的思想观念束缚的要求。教育观念的转变是我国教育改革的历史性任务,是贯彻落实教育强国规划纲要的任务要求,也是提升教育工作者以及教育相关利益群体教育思维和工作方法水平、形成教育强国建设合力的必由之路。教育强国建设亟需转变包括人才观、成才观、教育观、教学观、质量观等在内的教育基本观念。推动教育观念的转变,是一个长期和艰巨的任务,可从提高转变观念重要性和紧迫性的认识入手,加强对教育观念的研究,鼓励开展不同教育观念的争鸣,做好本土实践经验的理论总结,走一条贯通古今和汇通中西的道路,发挥好各种新闻媒体的作用。Building a strong country in education necessitates breaking free from all ideological constraints that hinder the high-quality development of education.Transforming educational ideas is a historic task within China's education reform.It is essential for implementing the Outline of the Plan for Building a Strong Country in Education and serves as a significant means to enhance the educational thinking and working methods of educators and stakeholders in education and foster collaboration in the construction of a strong country in education.The basic education concepts that urgently need to be transformed include perspectives on talent,approaches to talent cultivation,views on education,teaching philosophies,and understanding on quality.Promoting this transformation of educational ideas is a long-term and challenging endeavor.We can start by enhancing our understanding of the importance and urgency of idea transformation,strengthening the study of educational ideas,encouraging the debate among different educational ideas,summarizing the theoretical experience from local practical experience,connecting the past with the present and Chinese and Western ideas,and giving full play to the role of various news media.To initiate this process,we need to enhance our understanding of the importance and urgency of transforming these idea,strengthen the study of educational ideas,encourage debates among various educational perspectives,summarize theoretical insights from local practices,integrate historical and contemporary ideas as well as Chinese and Western philosophies,and leverage the influence of various news media.
