摘　　要：高等教育治理现代化是建设教育强国的关键路径之一。德国高等教育治理现代化,不仅仅停留于市场机制所发挥的作用,而是扩展至包括现代技术、产业界和企业组织在内的一整套文化系统所产生的效果,即受到德国工业技术文化的影响。在高等教育领域,这一文化具有极强的渗透性,对德国高等教育治理的目标、主体和内容均产生了显著影响。Modernizing higher education governance is one of the key paths to building a leading country in education.This study argues that the modernization of higher education governance in Germany does not merely rest on the role of market mechanisms but extends to the effects produced by a whole set of cultural systems,including modern technology,industry,and corporate organizations,which is influenced by Germany's industrial and technological culture.In the field of higher education,this culture has a strong penetrative power and has significantly influenced the goals,subjects,and content of higher education governance in Germany.
