摘　　要：宋代唃厮啰政权是吐蕃王室后裔在河湟地区建立的地方政权,对甘青地区的经济文化发展产生了深远的影响,尤其在促进我国西北地区民族交流、增进民族团结以及加强中华民族共同体意识方面,唃厮啰政权发挥了积极作用。此外,该政权因地处河湟腹地和古丝路要道,其文化与社会习俗不仅继承了吐蕃时期的传统,还展现出鲜明的地域性、时代性和融合性。这种文化特色不仅彰显了中国古代西北历史上民族与地域文化的交流与融合,也为研究宋代西北民族关系史提供了宝贵的史料和重要的社会价值。以汉文古籍为核心,辅之以藏文文献,分析了唃厮啰政权的宗教信仰、语言文字和社会习俗,以及其对西北地区其他民族的影响。同时,还特别强调了唃厮啰政权与宋朝的政治互动和文化交流,这种双向的文化交流不仅加强了双方之间的友好关系,还促进了其间的文化融合,尤其是中原地区的禅宗和汉语言文字等文化元素的融入,为藏族文化带来了新的发展路径。这种文化共生现象深刻体现了唃厮啰政权开放包容的文化姿态,突显其现实意义,为当代各民族和谐共处提供了深刻的启示。The Song Dynasty’s Rgyal Sras Lags Regime played a positive role in promoting ethnic exchanges and enhancing national unity in the northwest region of our country.Additionally,due to its location in the Hehuang basin and the ancient Silk Road,the culture and social customs of this regime not only inherited the traditions of the Tubo Period but also displayed distinct regional,contemporary,and integrative characteristics.This cultural feature not only highlights the exchange and integration of ethnic and regional cultures in the historical northwest of China but also provides valuable historical materials and significant social value for the study of the history of ethnic relations in the northwest of China during the Song Dynasty.This article,with ancient Chinese texts as the core and supplemented by Tibetan literature,comprehensively and deeply analyzes the religious beliefs,language,social customs of Rgyal Sras Lags Regime,and its influence on other ethnic groups in the northwest region.At the same time,this article particularly emphasizes the political interaction and cultural exchanges between the Rgyal Sras Lags Regime and the Song Dynasty.This two-way cultural exchange not only strengthened the friendly relations between the two sides but also provided profound insights for the harmonious coexistence of contemporary ethnic groups.
