摘　　要：在信息化和数字化迅猛发展的今天,本文通过分析当前城市管理的现状,提出了智慧市政设施管理平台赋能城市精细化管理的创新理念。以菏泽城区市政基础设施智慧管理平台建设更新为例,利用大数据、人工智能等信息技术,探讨智能数字化市政基础设施管理平台在城市管理创新中的应用,提升城市基础设施精细化管理养护效率,针对性提出解决城市精细化管理的策略和建议,为菏泽面对未来更高信息化的挑战,为城市管理者和建设决策者提供科学的参考依据。In today's rapidly developing era of informatization and digitization,this article analyzes the current status of urban management and explores the application of intelligent digital municipal infrastructure management platforms using information systems such as big data and artificial intelligence.Taking the construction and update of the smart municipal infrastructure management platform in Heze urban area as an example,the innovative concept of empowering urban fine management We have made positive contributions to improving urban functions,accelerating the construction of smart cities,enhancing urban quality,improving the living environment,and addressing the urgent needs and concerns of the people,which has helped promote the highquality development of Heze city.To propose targeted strategies and suggestions for solving the fine management of cities through cooperation in the field of municipal facilities and public participation in platform modules,construction decision-makers in Heze to face the challenges of higher informatization in the future.
