摘 要:近年来,企业数字化战略的实施已经成为企业在竞争中取得优势的必然举措。然而,传统的软件开发方式存在着工程周期长、成本高昂、效率低下等问题,这些难题都阻碍了企业的数字化进程。低代码平台以其简化的开发流程、灵活的定制能力和快速响应市场变化的特性,成为企业数字化转型的关键工具。本文基于工程管理的实际流程,结合低代码平台特性,展示低代码平台在企业项目管理领域中的应用,旨在避免传统开发的局限性,提高工程项目管理效率、降低成本,助力企业数字化转型。In recent years,the implementation of digital strategies has become an inevitable measure for companies to gain a competitive advantage.However,traditional software development is plagued by long engineering cycles,high costs,and low efficiency,all of which hinder the digital transformation process of enterprises.Low-code platforms,with their simplified development processes,flexible customization capabilities,and rapid response to market changes,have become a key tool in the digital transformation of enterprises.Based on the actual processes of engineering project management and integrating the characteristics of low-code platforms,this paper demonstrates the application of low-code platforms in thefield of enterprise project management.The aim is to avoid the limitations of traditional development,enhance the efficiency of project management in engineering,reduce costs,and support the digital transformation of enterprises.
