摘　　要：新一代信息技术架构,主要涵盖物联网、移动互联网、云计算、大数据等,随着科技进步和日益增加的需求,正在不断创新和迅速发展。该技术架构的主要特点包括互联互通、数据集中化、大数据的信息分析处理以及智能化、定制化的技术服务。这些特点在“互联网+”的发展模式中得到充分体现,深度融合了信息化和工业化。企业在制定发展战略和核心价值的基础上,正加快推进决策数据化、管理信息化和运营数字化,以信息化建设提升管理水平、增强竞争力,这已经成为企业未来发展的必然趋势。本文重点研究了当前建筑施工企业数字化改革的情况,分析了数字化改革中的难点和关键问题,致力于推动企业数字化进程的进一步发展。The new generation of information technology architecture mainly includes the Internet of Things,mobile Internet,cloud computing,big data,etc.,and is constantly innovating and rapidly developing with the progress of science and technology and the increasing demand.The main features of this technology architecture include interconnection,centralized data,information analysis through big data analysis,and intelligent,customized technical services.These features are fully reflected in the development model of"Internet Plus",which deeply integrates information technology and industrialization.Enterprises are accelerating the digitization of decision-making data,information management,and operational digitization based on the development strategy and core values,in order to enhance management level and competitiveness through information construction.This has become an inevitable trend for the future development of enterprises.This article focuses on the current situation of digital transformation in construction enterprises,analyzes the difficulties and key issues in digital transformation,and is committed to promoting further development of enterprise digitization.
