摘 要:SF_(6)气体压力直接关系到气体绝缘组合电器(GIS)隔离开关分合过程中触头间的动态绝缘特性。为研究SF_(6)气体压力变化对隔离开关操作时所激发暂态电压过程的影响,文中根据GIS隔离开关开合短母线方式1试验,基于1100 kV GIS隔离开关搭建试验平台,将隔离开关绝缘气体压力从0.4 MPa分别提升至0.5 MPa和0.54 MPa,利用超宽频电压监测系统准确测量了隔离开关操作时断口两侧的暂态电压,并分析暂态电压时域特征、频谱分布和时频分布特征变化。通过试验数据分析发现当随着SF_(6)气体压力增大,GIS隔离开关合闸时间从333 ms非线性减小至242 ms。交流电源侧特快速暂态过电压(VFTO)过冲系数随气压升高而降低,短母线侧VFTO过冲系数无明显变化。分闸时间从169 ms近似线性降低至98 ms,分闸后短母线侧残余电压明显降低,两侧单次暂态过电压过冲系数无明显变化。SF_(6)气体压力增大时,分合过程中断口两侧的暂态电压主频点未改变,但是在10 MHz以上的高频区域,气体压力越低,高频分量越小。断口两侧的暂态电压最高瞬时频率没有明显变化,10 MHz以下的低频分量随气压变化,持续时间未发生明显改变,但10 MHz以上的高频分量随气压增大,持续时间有所延长。通过文中研究,为进一步优化GIS隔离开关现场运行工况,改善操作过程中的动态绝缘特性提供了有力支撑。SF_(6)gas pressure is directly related to the dynamic insulation characteristics between contacts in the opening and closing process of gas insulated switchgear(GIS)disconnector.In order to study the influence of variation of SF_(6)gas pressure on the transient voltage process excited during the operation of the disconnector,the test platform is set up in accordance with the switching busbar duty 1 of GIS disconnector and also based on 1100 kV GIS disconnector.The gas pressure of the disconnector is increased from 0.4 MPa to 0.5 MPa and 0.54 MPa respectively,and the transient voltage on both sides of the open contacts during the operation of the disconnector is accurately measured by using the ultra-wide-band voltage monitoring system.The time domain characteristics,spectrum distribution and time-frequency distribution characteristics of transient voltage are analyzed.It is found through test data analysis that with the increase of SF_(6)gas pressure,the closing time of GIS disconnector is decreased nonlinearly from 333 ms to 242 ms.The overshoot coefficient of very fast transient voltage(VFTO)at AC power supply side is decreased with the increase of gas pressure and there is no obvious change in the overshoot coefficient at short bus side.The opening time is approximately linearly reduced from 169 ms to 98 ms,the residual voltage at the short bus side is significantly reduced after opening operation,and the single transient overvoltage overshoot coefficient on both sides has no obvious change.In case of increase of SF_(6)gas pressure,the main frequency point of the transient voltage on both sides of the open contacts remains unchanged during the opening and closing process,but in the high-frequency region above 10 MHz,the lower the gas pressure,the smaller the high-frequency component.The maximum instantaneous frequency of the transient voltage on both sides of the open contacts does not change significantly.The low frequency component below 10 MHz is varied with the gas pressure and the duration remains unchang
