摘 要:双断口真空断路器能够有效提高耐受电压水平,显著降低重燃率,进而提升无功投切性能,具有重要的工程实际意义。文中通过实验分别研究了双断口真空断路器在直流电压下不并联均压电容以及并联均压电容条件下关合时的预击穿特性,包括预击穿开距及其分散性、预击穿电压、预击穿场强,并计算其威布尔分布。结果表明,通过并联合理大小的均压电容(约100 pF)可以使双断口分压更加均匀,从而有效改善双断口真空断路器的预击穿特性。实验结果表明,随着均压电容的增大,当均压电容值超过500 pF后,双断口真空断路器的预击穿特性将会变差。文中的研究可以为双断口真空断路器从减小电气分散性角度提高相控关合精准度提供技术支撑。The double-break vacuum circuit breaker can effectively improve the withstanding voltage level,significantly reduce the reignition rate,enhance the reactive power switching performance and thereby have significant practical engineering implications.In this paper,such pre-breakdown characteristic as pre-strike clearance and its dispersion,pre-strike voltage,pre-strike filed strength of double-break vacuum circuit breaker with and without shunt grading capacitors under DC voltage in case of making operation is studied through experiment,and its Weibull distribution is calculated.The result shows that the grading voltage of the double-break is more even through reasonable size of grading capacitance(about 100 pF),thus effectively improving the pre-strike characteristic of the vacuum circuit breaker.The experimental result shows that with the increase of the grading capacitance,the pre-strike characteristic will become weak of the double-break vacuum circuit breaker when the grading capacitance exceeds 500 pF.The study in this paper can provide technical support of the double-break vacuum circuit breaker from the point of view of reducing electrical dispersion and improving controlled making accuracy.
