摘 要:气体绝缘组合电器(gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear,GIS)设备产生的金属颗粒以螺丝、触头等金属部件摩擦产生的微米级到亚毫米级金属屑为主,且在设备运行过程中除了电场外,还会受到运行中正弦稳态激励作用。为此搭建了交流电压叠加正弦振动激励试验平台,对比研究了不同粒径亚毫米金属颗粒在交流电压单独作用下和交流电压叠加正弦振动激励下的起始运动特性和放电特性。研究结果表明,亚毫米金属颗粒起始阶段运动分为初次起跳和稳定跳动两个阶段,初次起跳表现为单个颗粒的小幅、快速运动,进入稳定跳动阶段前的起跳过程分为初次跃起、再次起跳、碰撞带动和自持跳动等4个阶段。亚毫米金属颗粒粒径对起始特性影响显著,随粒径减小初次起跳电压、稳定跳动电压和熄灭电压先降低后升高。与交流电压工况相比,叠加正弦振动激励后初次起跳电压、稳定跳动电压和熄灭电压均有不同程度下降。通过脉冲电流法和超声波法研究起始阶段的放电特性,结果表明正弦振动激励能显著降低PDIV,进而减弱初始阶段的局部放电强度。The metal particles generated in the Gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear(GIS)is mainly the micron to sub-millimeter metal chips of such metal parts as screws and contacts due to friction and,in addition to the electric filed during the operation of the equipment,is also subjected to the sinusoidal steady excitation.To this end,the AC voltage superimposed with sinusoidal vibration excitation test platform is set up,and the initial motion and discharge characteristics of sub-millimeter metal particles of different particle sizes under the action of AC voltage alone and AC voltage superimposed with sinusoidal vibration excitation are compared and studied.The study results show that the motion of sub-millimeter metal particles at initial stage is divided into such two stages as the initial jump and the stable jump.The initial jump is characterized by the small and rapid motion of individual particle,and the jump process before entering the stable jump stage is divided into such four stages as the initial jump,the rejump,the collision-driven and the self-sustained jump.The effect of sub-millimeter metal particle size on the initial characteristics is significant,and the initial jump voltage,stable jump voltage and quenching voltage decrease and then increase with the decrease of the particle size.Compared with the condition of AC voltage,the initial jump voltage,stabilized tripping voltage and quenching voltage are decreased to some extent after the superimposed sinusoidal vibration excitation.The discharge characteristics at the initial stage are studied by the pulse current method and ultrasonic method,and the results show that sinusoidal vibration excitation can significantly reduce the PDIV,which in turn weakens the partial discharge intensity at the initial stage.
