摘 要:随着电网装机容量的不断攀升以及电压等级的逐步提高,对断路器核心部件电触头的耐电弧烧蚀能力提出了更加苛刻的需求。文中采用熔渗烧结工艺,在CuW80合金中引入微量石墨烯,研究添加石墨烯前后CuW80合金在SF_(6)气氛环境下抗高能电弧行为的变化。结果表明,由于石墨烯优异的导电性能及其与W颗粒碳化生成碳化钨陶瓷颗粒的优异力学性能,使得CuW80-Gr合金的电导率和硬度相比CuW80合金均得到提升;高压下SF_(6)容易电离产生气体离子维持电弧燃烧,CuW80合金首次击穿即发生明显烧蚀,且30次击穿过程中平均耐电压强度显著低于真空环境击穿时的耐电压强度。添加石墨烯之后,由于石墨烯对熔融Cu液粘度的改善效果以及碳化生成陶瓷颗粒分散电弧的作用,CuW80-Gr合金的耐电弧烧蚀性能相比CuW80合金得到改善,烧蚀质量损失明显减小。With the increasing installed capacity of the power grid and the gradual improvement of voltage level,the more demanding for arc ablation resistance of the electrical contact,which is the core element of circuit breakers,is raised.A micro graphene is introduced into CuW80 alloy by the sintering and infiltration process,the highenergy arc resistance behavior variation of CuW80 alloy before and after adding graphene in SF_(6)atmosphere are studied in this paper.The results show that the electrical conductivity and hardness of CuW80-Gr alloy are improved compared with CuW80 alloy due to the excellent electrical conductivity of graphene and the excellent mechanical properties of tungsten carbide ceramic particles formed by carbonization with W particles.SF_(6)is easy to ionize and produce gas ions to maintain arc combustion at high pressure.The first breakdown of CuW80 alloy results in obvious ablation,and the average withstanding voltage strength in the 30 times breakdown process is significantly lower than that in the breakdown of vacuum environment.After the addition of graphene,due to the improvement of graphene on the viscosity of molten Cu liquid and the effect of carbonization to generate ceramic particles to disperse arc,the arc ablation resistance of CuW80-Gr alloy is improved compared with CuW80 alloy,and the ablation mass loss is significantly reduced.
