摘 要:配电变压器噪声问题突出,文中通过分析变压器表面振动噪声特性及模态参数,提出了10 kV变压器油箱结构优化措施。对10 kV配电变压器进行了振动测量,并仿真计算了变压器各结构对辐射噪声的贡献,分析得到油浸式变压器振动最大位置为距离底部20 cm左右处,振动主要能量集中在100、200、300 Hz上,油箱正面和背面对噪声辐射声功率贡献最大。通过分析油箱结构模态参与因子,获得了油箱的优势模态,确定了油箱优势模态振型的最大位置,计算结果与测量基本相同,在此基础上采取附加质量块来优化油箱结构振动分布,减小在主频率100、200、300 Hz的模态振动幅值。最终,根据提出的优化措施定制了一台油浸式变压器并进行了噪声试验,优化后的变压器平均A声级较原来降低了7.8 dB(A)。The noise of distribution transformer is prominent.In this paper,optimization measures for the oil tank structure of 10 kV transformer is proposed through analyzing the vibration and noise characteristics as well as modal parameters of the transformer surface.The vibration measurement of the 10 kV distribution transformer is carried out,and the contribution of each structure of the transformer to the radiated noise is simulated and calculated.It is obtained through analysis that the maximum vibration position of the oil-immersed transformer is about 20 cm away from the bottom,and the main energy of vibration is concentrated at 100 Hz,200 Hz and 300 Hz.The contribution of the front and back of the oil tank to the noise radiation power is maximum.By analyzing the modal participation factor of the oil tank structure,the dominant mode of the oil tank is obtained,the maximum position of the dominant mode shape of the oil tank is determined,and the calculation result is basically identical to that of the measurement.On this basis,an additional mass block is used to optimize the vibration distribution of the oil tank structure and the modal vibration amplitudes at the dominant frequencies 100 Hz,200 Hz and 300 Hz are reduced.Finally,a set of oil-immersed transformer is customized in accordance with the proposed optimization measures and the noise test is carried out.The average A sound level of the transformer after optimization is reduced by 7.8 dB(A)compared with the original one.
