摘 要:为探究番茄HD-Zip家族成员的特征及HD-ZipⅢ亚家族成员在非生物胁迫响应中的作用,我们对番茄HD-Zip家族进行了全基因组鉴定与非生物胁迫下的表达分析。结果显示,从番茄中共筛选出56个HD-Zip家族基因,不均匀地分布在12条染色体上;这些基因被分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ四个亚家族,同一亚家族的基因具有相似的理化性质、基因结构、保守基序和保守结构域。对番茄HD-Zip家族基因主要顺式作用元件的预测结果显示,MeJA响应元件出现的频率最高,MeJA能诱导防御性化合物的合成并启动与全身获得性抗性和局部抗性有关的发病机制相关基因的表达,推测这些基因可能在番茄抗逆性中发挥重要作用。共线性分析发现,番茄HD-Zip家族基因中有30个基因存在共线性,而番茄与拟南芥HD-Zip家族基因间有34对基因存在共线性。基因表达分析结果显示,HD-ZipⅢ亚家族基因均在番茄植株根中表达,而且对冷、盐、干旱、ABA等非生物胁迫均有响应,但不同基因受各胁迫诱导的表现不同,其中,Soly03g120910在冷胁迫下表达量显著提高,处理6 h时达到最高,与0 h相比上调了10.3倍,同时该基因也受干旱胁迫诱导上调表达,处理6 h时的表达量与0 h相比提高了1.6倍;Solyc11g069470对盐胁迫响应最强,处理3 h时表达量最高,与0 h相比上调1.0倍;Soly08g066500对ABA处理响应最强,处理6 h时的表达量与0 h相比上调了5.4倍。本研究结果可为深入研究HD-Zip家族基因在植物逆境响应中的作用机制奠定基础。In order to explore the characteristics of tomato HD-Zip family members and the role of HD-ZipⅢsubfamily members in response to abiotic stresses,we performed genome-wide identification and expression analysis of tomato HD-Zip family under abiotic stresses.The results showed that a total of 56 HD-Zip family genes were screened out from tomato,which were unevenly distributed on 12 chromosomes.These genes were divided into four subfamilies:Ⅰ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣ,and the genes in the same subfamily had similar physicochemical properties,gene structures,conserved motifs and conserved domains.The prediction results of the main cis-acting elements of tomato HD-Zip family genes showed that MeJA responders appeared with the highest frequency.MeJA could induce the synthesis of defensive compounds and initiate the expression of pathogenesis-related genes related to systemic acquired resistance and local resistance,so these genes might play important roles in tomato stress resistance.Collineearity analysis showed that 30 genes of the tomato HD-Zip family had collinearity,while 34 pairs of genes had collinearity between tomato and Arabidopsis HD-Zip family genes.The results of gene expression analysis showed that the genes of HD-ZipⅢsubfamily expressed in the roots of tomato plants,and responded to the abiotic stresses such as cold,salt,drought and ABA.Among which,the expression of Soly03g120910 was significantly increased under cold stress,and the expression level reached the peak at 6 hours of treatment,which was 10.3 times higher compared to 0 hour of treatment.The expression of Soly03g120910 was also up-regulated by drought stress,and the expression level increased by 1.6 times at 6 hours of treatment compared with 0 h.Solyc11g069470 had the strongest response to salt stress,and the expression level was up-regulated by 1 time at 3 hours of treatment compared with 0 h.Soly08g066500 had the strongest response to ABA treatment,and the expression level was up-regulated by 5.4 times after 6 h treatment compared with 0 h.The res
