摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加复合微量元素对汶上芦花鸡生产性能、蛋品质和血清生化指标的影响。选取240只体重和产蛋率相近的汶上芦花鸡,随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加150、450、750 g/t复合微量元素。预试期2周,饲喂基础日粮,正试期8周。结果表明:1)添加150 g/t复合微量元素可显著提高产蛋率(P<0.05),显著降低不合格蛋率(P<0.05);添加450 g/t和750 g/t复合微量元素可显著提高平均蛋重、产蛋率(P<0.05),显著降低不合格蛋率(P<0.05)。2)各复合微量元素添加组显著提高了蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度和蛋壳比例(P<0.05)。3)添加150 g/t复合微量元素有提高血清钙含量的趋势(P=0.065),可显著提高血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P<0.05),显著提高免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、钙结合蛋白(S100B)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、骨钙素(OC)、促黄体生成素(LH)和降钙素(CT)浓度(P<0.05);添加450 g/t复合微量元素可显著提高血清钙含量,T-AOC、GSH-Px活性、SOD活性及免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、IgG、IgM、S100B、PTH、LH、雌二醇(E2)和CT浓度(P<0.05),显著降低血清丙二醛含量(P<0.05);添加750 g/t复合微量元素可显著提高血清钙含量,T-AOC、GSH-Px活性、SOD活性、IgG、IgM、S100B、LH、E2、CT浓度(P<0.05),显著降低血清丙二醛含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加复合微量元素能显著改善汶上芦花鸡的产蛋性能、蛋壳质量、抗氧化能力和免疫功能,本试验条件下适宜添加水平为450 g/t。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of compound trace elements on production performance,egg quality and serum biochemical indexes of Wenshang Luhua chickens.A total of 240 Wenshang Luhua chickens with similar body weight and laying rate were randomly divided into 4 groups.The control group was fed a basal diet without addition of compound trace elements;groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere the experimental groups with 150,450 and 750 g/t compound trace elements added into the basal diet,respectively.The pre-test period was 2 weeks with basal diet,and the test period was 8 weeks.The results were as follows.①Adding 150 g/t compound trace elements could significantly increase the laying rate(P<0.05)and significantly reduce the unqualified egg rate(P<0.05).Adding 450 g/t and 750 g/t compound trace elements could significantly increase the average egg weight and egg production rate(P<0.05),and significantly reduce the unqualified egg rate(P<0.05).②The addition of compound trace elements significantly increased eggshell strength,eggshell thickness and eggshell ratio(P<0.05).③Adding 150 g/t compound trace elements tended to increase serum calcium content(P=0.065),significantly increased serum total antioxidant capacity(TAOC),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity(P<0.05),and significantly increased immune globulin IgG and IgM,calcium-binding protein S100 B,parathyroid hormone(PTH),osteocalcin(OC),luteinizing hormone(LH)and calcitonin(CT)concentrations(P<0.05).Adding 450 g/t compound trace elements could significantly increase serum calcium content,T-AOC,GSH-Px activity,SOD activity,IgA,IgG,IgM,S100 B,PTH,LH,estradiol E2 and CT concentrations(P<0.05),and significantly reduce serum malondialdehyde content(P<0.05).Addition 750 g/t compound trace elements significantly increased serum calcium content,T-AOC,GSH-Px activity,SOD activity,IgG,IgM,S100 B,LH,E2 and CT concentrations(P<0.05),and significantly decreased serum malondialdehyde content(P<0.05).In summary,dietary supplemen
