摘  要:硬质合金具有高硬度、强度和断裂韧性,广泛用于切削刀具、模具以及耐磨零件制造。材料挤出增材制造(MEX)在制备硬质合金复杂结构零件方面具有独特的优势,喂料的打印性能是MEX制备高性能硬质合金复杂结构零件的关键。本研究采用有机黏结剂组元相容性、喂料成分均匀性、流变性能以及挤出行为等作为打印性能评价指标,开发粉末装载量高达55%的WC-6Ti(C,N)-10Co MEX硬质合金喂料。结果表明,采用相容性较好的有机黏结剂和WC-6Ti(C,N)-10Co复合粉末可以制备成分均匀、流变性能优异的MEX硬质合金喂料,在喷嘴孔径为0.4~0.6 mm,挤出流量为60%~80%条件下均可以顺利挤出,具有优异的打印性能,有利于获得高尺寸精度硬质合金生坯。Cemented carbides exhibit high hardness,strength,and fracture toughness,making them widely applicable in cutting tools,molds,and wear-resistant components.Material extrusion additive manufacturing(MEX)offers unique advantages for fabricating cemented carbide parts with complex geometries,where the printing performance of the feedstock is critical to achieving high-quality components.This study evaluates the printing performance of a WC-6Ti(C,N)-10Co MEX carbide feedstock with a high powder loading of 55%through metrics including component compatibility of organic binders,feedstock homogeneity,rheological properties,and extrusion behavior.The results demonstrate that employing an organic binder system with excellent compatibility and WC-6Ti(C,N)-10Co composite powders enables the preparation of homogeneous feedstock with superior rheological performance.The feedstock exhibits excellent printability under nozzle diameters of 0.4-0.6 mm and extrusion flow rates of 60%-80%,facilitating smooth extrusion and ensuring high-dimensional-precision green bodies.
