摘 要:CsPbBr_(3)纳米晶具有优秀的发光性质,但在遇水或者潮湿环境下荧光不稳定限制了其实际应用。为了有效提升CsPbBr_(3)纳米晶的水稳定性,利用磺酸根离子(-SO_(3)^(-))与CsPbBr_(3)中Pb^(+)离子的强结合,采用高温热注入法制备了以十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)作为表面配体的CsPbBr_(3)纳米晶。改良后的CsPbBr_(3)纳米晶光致发光量子产率(PLQY)提高到87.0%。在SDBS-CsPbBr_(3)纳米晶正己烷溶液中加入水静止10天后其荧光强度仍无明显变化,说明SDBS改善了油胺配体与CsPbBr_(3)结合能力弱的问题,提高了其水环境下的荧光稳定性。将改良后的CsPbBr_(3)纳米晶用作发光二极管(LED)的颜色转换层,制备的绿光器件发光色坐标为(0.21,0.68),接近国家电视系统委员会电视色彩的绿光标准(0.21,0.71)。此种水环境下荧光稳定性优化的钙钛矿纳米晶可应用于潮湿环境下的发光器件等更广泛的领域。CsPbBr_(3) nanocrystals have excellent luminescent properties,but their poor stability in water or humid environ-ments limits the practical applications.In order to improve the stability of CsPbBr_(3) nanocrystals in water,the strong binding of sulfonate ions(-SO_(3)^(-))with Pb^(+)ions in CsPbBr_(3) are utilized to prepare CsPbBr_(3) nanocrystals with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)as surface ligands by high-temperature hot injection.The photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)of the improved CsPbBr_(3) nanocrystals was increased to 87.0%,and the fluorescence intensity did not change significantly after adding water to the nanocrystal solution dissolved in n-hexane for 10 days,indicating that SDBS improved the binding ability of oleylamine ligand with CsPbBr_(3) and improved its fluorescence stability in water environment.The modified CsPbBr_(3) nanocrystals are used as the color conversion layer of LED devices.The luminescent color coordinates of the prepared green device are(0.21,0.68),which is close to the green light standard(0.21,0.71)in the TV color of the National Television System Committee.The perovskite nanocrystals with optimized fluorescence stability in aqueous environments can be applied to much wider fields,such as light-emitting devices in humid environments.
