摘 要:针对传统声光可调滤波器高光谱成像系统在光谱分辨率和图像质量方面的限制,提出采用串联两个AOTF的方法构建双滤波高光谱成像系统,对该系统在提升光谱带宽、减小色差、校正图像畸变及提高图像对比度等方面的改善作用进行研究。在光谱带宽研究方面,分析了串联AOTF高光谱成像系统的双滤波作用机制,给出光谱带宽随声光频率的变化规律;在色差研究方面,建立声光晶体外衍射角与图像偏移量间的映射关系,利用双滤波技术有效地减小了由色差引起的图像漂移;在图像畸变研究方面,采用TV畸变对图像畸变程度进行表征,分别获得了单AOTF与串联AOTF系统的畸变量为-0.82%和-0.44%;在图像对比度研究方面,利用对比度传递函数进行表征,获得串联AOTF系统的成像对比度接近于1。上述研究结果表明,基于串联AOTF构建的双滤波方法对高光谱成像系统的成像质量具有明显的改善作用,研究成果能够为高光谱成像技术的发展提供有价值的参考。Addressing the limitations of traditional acoustic-optic tunable filter hyperspectral imaging systems in terms of spectral resolution and image quality,this paper proposes the construction of a dual-filter hyperspectral imaging system by cascading two AOTFs.The study focuses on the system's improvement effects in enhancing spectral bandwidth,reducing chromatic aberration,correcting image distortion,and improving image contrast.In terms of spectral bandwidth research,the dual-filtering mechanism of the cascaded AOTF hyperspectral imaging system is analyzed,and the variation pattern of spectral bandwidth with acousto-optic frequency is presented.For chromatic aberration research,a mapping relationship between the extra-crystalline diffraction angle of the acousto-optic crystal and image displacement is established,and the dual-filtering technique is utilized to effectively reduce image drift caused by chromatic aberration.In the study of image distortion,TV distortion is employed to characterize the degree of image distortion,with distortion values of-0.82%and-0.44%obtained for single AOTF and cascaded AOTF systems,respectively.Regarding image contrast research,the contrast transfer function is used for characterization,revealing that the imaging contrast of the cascaded AOTF system approaches 1.The aforementioned research results demonstrate that the dual-filtering method based on cascaded AOTFs significantly improves the imaging quality of hyperspectral imaging systems.The findings of this paper can provide valuable references for the development of hyperspectral imaging technology.
