摘  要:为了满足脊柱微创手术的成像需求,设计物镜F数为7带有30°视向角的硬性内窥镜。采用光导纤维传导来自冷光源的光线进行照明。通过内窥镜观察可以清晰地看到突出的椎间盘、受压力变形的硬膜囊、脊神经根和增生的各种组织。设计的医用硬性内窥镜,采用一体化设计思路,其中还包括反远距物镜系统设计、对称式的棒状镜中继系统设计、目镜和适配器设计。所设计的硬性内窥镜系统的光学系统F数为13,视场角为80°,总光学长度为255 mm,物镜系统和棒状镜光学外径不大于1.80 mm,调制传递函数在90 lp/mm处大于0.2且接近衍射极限。内窥镜的设计特点:对称的棒状镜中继系统和物像以远心的形式进行衔接。In order to meet the imaging needs of minimally invasive spinal surgery,a rigid endoscope with an objective F-number of 7 and a 30°Angle of view was designed.Illumination using optical fibres to conduct light from a cold light source.The endoscopic view allows for clear visualisation of protruding discs,deformed dural sacs under pressure,spinal nerve roots and hyperplastic tissues.The designed small-calibre medical rigid endoscope adopts an integrated design concept,which also includes the design of the anti-telescopic objective system,the symmetrical rod mirror relay system,the eyepiece and the adapter.The designed rigid endoscope system has an optical system F-number of 13,a field of view of 80°,a total optical length of 255.0 mm,an optical outer diameter of the objective system and rod mirror of no more than 1.80 mm,and a modulation transfer function of more than 0.2 at 90 lp/mm and close to the diffraction limit.The design of the endoscope is characterised by a symmetrical bar mirror relay system and the object image is articulated in a telecentric form.
