摘　　要：参与矛盾纠纷多元化解是充分发挥新时代检察机关法律监督职能的有效路径,深入推进矛盾纠纷多元化解机制和理念的创新发展,是新时代检察机关法律监督工作的应有之义。检察机关应通过检察建议、检察护企、公开听证等检察实践多元履职,坚持“溯源思维”,创新发展新时代“枫桥经验”,探索民营企业附条件不起诉制度,创新培育方式和理念,有效探寻检察机关在社会治理格局中的矛盾化解作用。Participating in the multiple dispute resolution is an effective way to give full play to the legal supervision function of the procuratorial organs in the new era.Deeply promoting the innovative development of the multiple dispute resolution mechanism and concept is an inherent requirement for the legal supervision work of the procuratorial organs in the new era.To explore the procuratorial organs’promotion of the multiple dispute resolution requires the innovation of concepts and mechanisms.The procuratorial organs should perform their duties in multiple ways through procuratorial practices such as issuing procuratorial suggestions,protecting enterprises through procuratorial means,and holding public hearings.They should adhere to the“trace-back thinking”,innovatively develop the“Fengqiao Experience”in the new era,explore the conditional non-prosecution system for private enterprises,and innovatively cultivate methods and concepts,so as to effectively explore the role of the procuratorial organs in resolving disputes in the social governance pattern.
