摘 要:针对某型号船舶通海系统大压降工况下节流噪声突出的问题,基于多级节流设计理论,根据系统特性提出三级节流的低噪声优化设计方案。采用二维流场数值计算的方法,快速验证三级节流降噪方案的可行性。对优化前后系统的流场进行数值计算,结果表明阀后流体强烈的气蚀及湍流得到有效控制。优化前后对比试验结果表明,优化后系统流噪声降低5.6 dB,节流噪声抑制效果显著,对船舶大压降通海系统噪声治理具有重要指导意义。Aiming at the problem of prominent throttling noise in a certain type of ship's seawater system under high pressure drop conditions,based on the theory of multi-stage throttling design,a low-noise optimization design scheme of three-stage throttling was proposed according to the system characteristics.The feasibility of the three-level throttling noise reduction scheme was quickly verified using the method of two-dimensional flow field numerical calculation.Numerical cal-culations were conducted on the flow field of the system before and after optimization,and the results showed that the strong cavitation and turbulence of the fluid behind the valve were effectively controlled.The comparison test results before and after optimization showed that the flow noise of the optimized system was reduced by 5.6 dB.The throttling noise sup-pression effect is significant,which has important guiding significance for the noise control of ship high pressure drop sea-water systems.
