摘 要:以三缩四乙二醇为溶剂,羧基化多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs-COOH)为FeF_(3)·0.33H_(2)O的生长基底,通过溶剂热法制备了FeF_(3)·0.33H_(2)O/MWCNTs复合粒子,将其改性后分散在热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)中,得到TPU/FeF_(3)·0.33H_(2)O/MWCNTs超疏水导电涂层。通过试验探究了MWCNTs的含量对此类涂料的性能影响。结果表明,TPU/FeF_(3)·0.33H_(2)O/MWCNTs涂层很好地兼顾了疏水、导电以及防腐性能,当MWCNTs占比为12%时,涂层的水接触角为156.5°,滚动角为6.0°,同时展现出了良好的耐蚀性能。FeF_(3)·0.33H_(2)O/MWCNTs composite particles were prepared by solvothermal method using tetraethylene glycol as solvent and carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs-COOH)as growth substrate.The modified FeF_(3)·0.33H_(2)O/MWCNTs composites were dispersed in thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU).The superhydrophobic conductive coating,named TPU/FeF_(3)·0.33H_(2)O/MWCNTs,was obtained.The effects of MWCNTs content on the properties of the coatings were investigated by experiment.The results show that the TPU/FeF_(3)·0.33H_(2)O/MWCNTs coating has a good balance between hydrophobic,conductive and anticorrosion properties.When the proportion of MWCNTs is 12%,the water contact angle of the coating is 156.5°,and the rolling angle is 6.0°,showing good corrosion resistance.
