摘  要:电偶腐蚀一直是困扰海上油气开发行业的难点问题,由此引发了很多安全事故。有效应对电偶腐蚀是确保海上油气田运营安全、推动海洋资源开发利用的重要举措。本研究论述了海上油气田电偶腐蚀机理及影响因素,从设计、施工和运维阶段讨论了电偶腐蚀的防护措施。Galvanic coupling corrosion has been a difficult problem plaguing the offshore oil and gas development industry,which has led to many safety accidents.Effective response to galvanic corrosion is an important measure to ensure the operation safety of offshore oil and gas fields and promote the development and utilization of marine resources.This paper discusses the mechanism and influencing factors of galvanic corrosion in offshore oil and gas fields,and discusses the protective measures of galvanic corrosion from the aspects of design,construction and operation and maintenance stages.
